Links
This is a catch-all page of resources and tools that I use for studying, as well as any scripts for other games I'm interested in that I've found hosted elsewhere.
Study resources
- renshuu.org - The best all-in-one study manager for Japanese, with too many features to list here. Also an Android and iOS app!
Software and tools
- 10ten Japanese Reader - A browser extension that shows a customizable pop-up dictionary when hovering the cursor over Japanese text.
- cb's Japanese Text Analysis Tool - A parser that generates vocabulary and kanji frequency lists from text files, and can give you a "readability score" based on a list of words you already know.
- Notepad++ - A more robust text editor than Notepad. Can search for text strings across multiple files at once and supports regex, making it great for looking up usage examples.
Other dumps and scripts
